bet777x reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. This is a standard KYC (Know Your Customer) process and is required before processing your first withdrawal. Accepted documents include a national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide valid documents within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

All funds deposited into your bet777x account must come from a payment method that belongs to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or accepting deposits from a third party, is not permitted. bet777x uses this rule to prevent money laundering and to protect all players on the platform.
Deposits are credited to your bet777x account in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). If you deposit using a method that operates in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the current exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
bet777x does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Please check with your payment provider before depositing if you are unsure about any applicable charges.
bet777x processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Most withdrawals are completed within a few hours of the request being submitted. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless you request otherwise and the alternative method is verified.
Before your first withdrawal is processed, you will be required to complete identity verification. This is a one-time process. Once your account is verified, future withdrawals will be processed without additional documentation unless there is a specific reason for a review.
bet777x reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 72 hours if additional verification is required. This is rare and only happens when our security systems flag unusual account activity. We will notify you if this applies to your withdrawal.
If a withdrawal is declined, the funds will be returned to your bet777x account balance and you will be notified of the reason. Common reasons for declined withdrawals include incomplete KYC verification, unmet wagering requirements on bonus funds, or a mismatch between the withdrawal method and the deposit method.
bet777x offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. By claiming any bonus on bet777x, you agree to both the promotion-specific terms and these general rules.
The welcome bonus on bet777x is a 200% match on your first deposit. This means if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive an additional ৳2,000 in bonus funds, giving you ৳3,000 to play with. Bonus funds are credited to your account automatically after your qualifying deposit is confirmed.
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
bet777x monitors bonus usage patterns. If we detect activity that suggests a bonus is being claimed in bad faith, we reserve the right to void the bonus and any winnings generated from it, regardless of whether wagering requirements have been met.
All games on bet777x operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is independently verified and published on the relevant game page. bet777x does not alter RTP figures or apply any house-side adjustments beyond what is disclosed in the game information.
In the event of a technical fault during a game — such as a disconnection, a game freeze, or a software error — the round will be voided and your stake will be returned to your account balance. If a game result has already been determined at the time of the fault, that result stands. bet777x's decision on disputed game outcomes is final.
If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must contact bet777x support within 7 days of the disputed round. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. Please include your username, the game name, the date and time of the round, and a description of the issue when submitting a dispute.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on bet777x. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
